International Talent Programme (ITP) is a two‑year journey designed for bold and curious graduates who want to grow with purpose, explore their strengths, and build a meaningful international career. It offers the chance to work in a diverse, global environment while gaining the skills and confidence to shape your future.

Throughout the programme, you’ll take part in impactful projects, experience agile ways of working, and develop yourself with the support of dedicated mentors and inspiring colleagues. We’ll guide you — but you’ll define your direction. That’s what “do your thing” truly means at ING.

If you think you have the following qualifications;

• Banking industry enthusiast with a strong academic record (Bachelor’s/Master’s) and up to 2 years of experience
• Fluent in English and Turkish, with strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused, results-driven, and digitally savvy, with excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proactive, innovative, and a great team player who thrives in diverse environments
• Experience in internships, volunteering, leadership, or a financial postgraduate degree is a plus
