Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced International Tax Manager to lead cross-border tax initiatives, oversee compliance with global regulations, and align tax strategies with organizational goals. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver robust tax solutions that support international expansion and financial resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Tax Strategy: Define and implement enterprise-wide international tax frameworks.
• Cross-Border Compliance: Ensure adherence to GCC, OECD, and international tax regulations.
• Transfer Pricing: Develop and oversee transfer pricing policies and documentation.
• Risk Management: Identify tax-related risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Tax Planning: Optimize tax structures for global operations and investments.
• Audit Coordination: Collaborate with external auditors and regulators to ensure transparency.
• Innovation Leadership: Drive adoption of digital tax tools, automation, and predictive analytics.
• Team Leadership: Mentor tax professionals and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or CTA preferred).
• 10+ years of international tax experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of international tax frameworks and GCC regulatory environments.
• Expertise in transfer pricing, tax treaties, and global compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multinational or regional organizations preferred.

Pay: RO2,500.000 - RO3,500.000 per month
