About the Role
ACE Dispatch Solutions is currently hiring skilled Taxi Dispatchers for our international transportation operations in the United States and Canada. The role involves coordinating rides between customers and drivers while ensuring efficient trip management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls for taxi bookings
• Schedule and dispatch rides to available drivers
• Maintain clear communication with drivers and clients
• Monitor trips and ensure smooth service operations

Requirements

• Prior experience in taxi dispatching (preferred)
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to manage calls and bookings efficiently
• Good multitasking and coordination abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
