International Trade Director | Mid Trades | Jubail Industrial Zone

The Operational Scope: Mid Trades is appointing an International Trade Director to command our global supply chain and maritime logistics from our primary hub at Warehouse 45, Jubail Industrial Zone. This is a high-impact role requiring a leader who can navigate the complexities of global trade compliance, customs brokerage, and multi-modal transport in the Kingdom's largest industrial city. You are responsible for ensuring that Mid Trades' import/export pipeline remains frictionless and fully aligned with the Saudi Ports Authority (MAWANI) and ZATCA regulations.

Strategic & Technical Requirements:

• 15+ Years in International Trade, Freight Forwarding, or Global Supply Chain Management, with at least 7 years in a Senior Director or Head of Trade capacity.
• Academic Foundation: Master’s in International Business, Logistics, or Maritime Law.
• Logistics Mastery: Deep functional knowledge of Incoterms 2020, Letters of Credit (LCs), and SAP/Oracle supply chain modules.
• Regulatory Expertise: A proven track record of managing "Fasah" clearing systems and ensuring 100% compliance with KSA’s customs and excise duties.
• Financial Oversight: Managing a monthly executive allocation of SAR 38,000, with a focus on reducing landed costs and optimizing 3PL vendor contracts.

Deliverables at Warehouse 45: Operating from our Jubail Industrial Zone headquarters, you will lead a specialized team of trade coordinators and logistics planners. Your focus will be on architecting a resilient global sourcing strategy, mitigating geopolitical risk in the supply chain, and streamlining the transition from port to warehouse. You are expected to be the primary point of contact for international partners and government regulatory bodies, providing the Board with real-time data on trade ROI and inventory velocity.
