Job Description:
The International Trade Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the company’s export operations. This role is responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating logistics, and supporting strategic business development initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of international trade, export regulations, and supply chain management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end export operations for North American supermarket products.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, food safety standards, and import/export regulations in target markets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with international clients and distributors.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee documentation and reporting, including export licenses, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Resolve operational challenges and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in international trade, export operations, or logistics management.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. export regulations and international trade compliance.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and trade compliance software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,224.00 - $6,292.00 per month
