QUALİFİCATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree,
• Fluent English (both written & verbal),
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising,
• Minimum 5 years of team management experience,
• No travel restrictions,
• Knowledge of MS Office programs,
• Reside in Istanbul,
• Preferably speaking a second foreign language,
• Able to drive.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensures store compliance with visual standards by visiting stores,
• Takes action to update content standards in stores and gives feedback to teams,
• Ensures information flow between merchandising teams and International Visual Operations,
• Develops content standards by providing display and guidance that will encourage customers, increase brand perception and provide a more comfortable shopping environment in existing and newly opened overseas stores.
• Meets the learning and development needs of its team to enable it to achieve internal process goals,
• Performs the tasks of planning, goal setting, organizing, providing resources, directing, controlling and managing performance necessary for the effective execution of activities.
