QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in retail visual merchandising, with at least 5 years in a team leadership position,
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Strong experience in budget planning and budget follow-up,
  • Experienced in competitor search and analyze,
  • Advanced knowledge of system tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Ability to prepare training materials and documentation,
  • Proven ability to train and develop area visual merchandisers,
  • Proven ability to proactively plan, prioritize, and independently manage multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholders with strong problem-solving skill
  • Fluency in English,
  • Ability to work effectively in a multinational-multicultural environment
  • Ability to manage VM processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams through strong communication skills.



JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Building and driving 360° visual merchandising in-store projects from concept to implementation guidelines with the team,
  • Ensuring the correct understanding of company visual application standards by field teams and spreading the applications; determining the shop to be implemented in line with floor set and fresh-up applications; preparing the shop for implementation; training partner VM teams; and following up and controlling all processes from planning to execution,
  • Determining visual training needs, ensuring that training is delivered, measuring training effectiveness, and ensuring that store visual management staff can correctly apply visual standards and adapt quickly and easily to new applications,
  • Preparing a visual layout plan and sharing it with the store opening team to ensure that new stores open in accordance with product display and basic visual regulation standards; controlling and reporting product displays in line with the new store architectural project,
  • Preparing the budget and managing monthly and seasonal budget follow-ups, while coordinating with countries through budget vs. actual performance tracking,
  • Transforming creative concepts into technical briefs for global partners and ensuring quality excellence,
  • Ensuring accurate and timely procurement of visual materials needed for daily store operations; establishing and monitoring visual material inventory; controlling store orders and material types; and managing transfer processes between stores when materials need to be supplied domestically,
  • Collaborating with the marketing, creative and brand teams during seasonal periods, sales, and special campaigns, ensuring the required communication and creating the necessary visual materials.
