We are a specialized travel consultancy dedicated to providing premium Hajj and Umrah travel services. Our mission is to ensure a smooth, spiritually fulfilling, and comfortable pilgrimage experience for our clients. We are looking for a dedicated night shift intern to assist in customer service, booking management, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
  • Provide accurate information about Hajj and Umrah packages, visa processes, and travel requirements.
  • Support booking and ticketing team in updating or verifying reservations.
  • Maintain client records and update internal databases (e.g., CRM tools).
  • Follow up with clients regarding payments, documents, or travel schedules.
  • Coordinate with day-shift teams for handover of tasks.
  • Assist in emergency travel rescheduling or support calls.
  • Monitor and respond to online queries (WhatsApp, email, social media).

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Travel, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic/Urdu is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or travel CRM tools.
  • Comfortable working independently during night hours.
  • Basic understanding of the Hajj and Umrah process (training will be provided).
  • High attention to detail and customer service orientation.
