Position Overview:

The Internee – Sales & Concept Designer will assist the sales and design team in engaging customers, creating interior design concepts using Enza Home’s product range, and contributing to the overall visual presentation of the showroom. This role offers hands-on experience in sales, customer interaction, and interior concept planning within a premium retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting furniture and home accessories according to their preferences and requirements.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Create interior design concepts and 3D layout presentations for clients using Enza Home collections.
• Participate in showroom merchandising, display arrangement, and visual presentation updates.
• Coordinate with the design and operations team to ensure product availability and accurate order processing.
• Contribute creative ideas for promotional campaigns, seasonal displays, and in-store events.
• Maintain a strong understanding of current interior design trends and Enza Home’s product portfolio.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor or store manager.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing studies) in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong aesthetic sense and creativity.
• Basic understanding of interior design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in furniture, home décor, and retail sales.
• Team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Experience: No prior experience required; previous internships in design or sales will be an advantage.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
