Role Overview

The Sales & Concept Design Intern will support both the sales and design teams by assisting customers, preparing design concepts, supporting showroom operations, and contributing to the overall customer experience. This role is ideal for creative individuals who enjoy interior design, customer interaction, and furniture styling.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support

• Assist walk-in customers by explaining product features, materials, finishes, and pricing.
• Support the sales team in meeting targets by providing design input and helping customers visualize furniture selections.
• Maintain updated knowledge of Enza Home product lines, new arrivals, and promotions.
• Ensure showroom displays remain organized, well-presented, and aligned with visual merchandising guidelines.

Concept Design & Visualization

• Assist in developing 2D floor plans, 3D layouts, mood boards, and styling concepts based on customer needs.
• Prepare digital design presentations for client consultations.
• Suggest furniture combinations, color schemes, and layout ideas to enhance customer decision-making.
• Participate in planning and implementing showroom display concepts.

Customer Experience

• Understand customer preferences and guide them with design-oriented recommendations.
• Assist in handling customer queries, order updates, and after-sales follow-up when needed.
• Deliver a warm, professional, and customer-first experience consistent with Enza Home standards.

Operational & Administrative Support

• Maintain customer data, design files, and sales documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and delivery teams regarding product availability and dispatch.
• Support the sales and design teams in day-to-day operations and special projects.

Skills & QualificationsEducation

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in:

Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture Design, Fine Arts, Business, Marketing, or related fields.

Technical Skills

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar design tools (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong sense of aesthetics, space planning, and color coordination.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
