Role Overview
The Internee – Sales & Design Concept Designer will support the sales and design teams by assisting customers, developing basic interior concepts, preparing design layouts, and ensuring a seamless in-store experience. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about furniture design, interior styling, and customer engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support
- Greet and assist customers by explaining product features, materials, pricing, and design options.
- Support the sales team in closing deals by providing design input and product recommendations.
- Maintain updated product knowledge of Enza Home collections and new arrivals.
- Ensure showroom display areas are well-organized, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
Design & Concept Development
- Assist in creating basic 2D/3D room layouts and mood boards for clients.
- Support in designing and visualizing home styling concepts tailored to customer needs.
- Participate in showroom visual merchandising, theme planning, and layout design.
- Prepare digital presentations and concept boards for customer discussions.
Customer Experience
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable furniture combinations and styling ideas.
- Assist in after-sales support, order processing, and customer follow-up when required.
- Provide a warm, professional experience aligned with Enza Home’s brand values.
Administrative & Operational Tasks
- Help maintain design records, customer data, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams on product availability and dispatch schedules.
- Support daily showroom operations and assist team members in special projects.
Skills & QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture Design, Fine Arts, or Business/Sales.
Technical Skills
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong design sense and understanding of color coordination, space planning, and furniture styling.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment.
