Role Objective
To assist the CRM team in managing customer interactions, coordinating between clients and internal departments, maintaining records, and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience for homebuyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Coordination
- Assist in handling customer queries (calls, emails, walk-ins).
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients on payment schedules, document submission, and project updates.
- Support in sending booking confirmations, receipts, and demand letters.
- Documentation & Data Management
- Update and maintain customer details in CRM software / Excel trackers.
- Assist in preparing agreement documents, welcome kits, and handover files.
- Help with maintaining soft and hard copies of all customer-related documents.
- Payment & Collection Follow-ups
- Coordinate with the Accounts team to track payments and outstanding dues.
- Generate and share payment reminders or receipts with customers.
- Assist in preparing daily collection and outstanding reports.
- Handover Coordination
- Support in flat handover documentation, key handover checklists, and snag reports.
- Liaise with site and engineering teams for inspection and rectification updates.
- Customer Experience & Feedback
- Collect customer feedback post-handover and escalate issues to the CRM Manager.
- Help in organizing customer meets or events.
- Maintain a tracker for complaints and their closure status.
- Interdepartmental Coordination
- Work closely with the Sales, Accounts, and Project teams for customer-related updates.
- Ensure proper communication flow between departments regarding each customer’s status.

- Understanding the end-to-end customer lifecycle in real estate.
- Exposure to documentation, legal, and financial aspects of property sales.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software, customer interaction, and process management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree (BBA, BCom, MBA, or related field).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

Pay: ₹10,859.85 - ₹35,829.92 per month
