Internship Accounts

As an Accounts Intern at CrecenTech Systems Private Limited, you will assist the accounting and finance team in managing daily financial tasks. This role provides practical experience in handling financial records and understanding key accounting procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recording and processing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Help reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
• Support the preparation and filing of tax returns and financial reports
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records and help with drafting financial statements
• Contribute to preparing budgets and financial forecasts
• Respond to vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding financial transaction queries
• Suggest improvements to make financial processes more efficient and accurate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is mandatory
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic knowledge of withholding tax, income tax, and sales tax
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with relevant tax laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
