Internship Overview

We are offering a 3-month internship program for motivated and career-oriented individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in Administration, Accounts, Sales, and Marketing. Interns will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and understand the operational dynamics of the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Administration

• Assist in daily office operations and documentation
• Manage filing, data entry, and record maintenance
• Support HR and admin functions as required

Accounts

• Assist in bookkeeping and financial record keeping
• Support in preparing invoices, vouchers, and reports
• Work with the accounts team to manage expense tracking and data entry

Sales & Marketing

• Support sales team in customer coordination and follow-up
• Assist in marketing campaigns, social media management, and promotional activities
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and lead management
• Help prepare marketing content, presentations, and project updates

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh graduates, current students, or individuals looking to build experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Interest in real estate, sales, marketing, or administration
• Ability to work independently and in a team
