About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Intern - Agency & Brand Account Management
to join the Noon Ads team in Dubai. This internship is ideal for graduates who want hands-on exposure to
digital marketing, media planning, client servicing, and advertising operations
.
You will support the team in managing agency and brand accounts, coordinating day-to-day activities, assisting with internal processes, and helping scale the ads business at Noon.

What You’ll Do:
Account & Agency Support

Support the Ads team in managing
key agency and brand accounts
, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.

Help build and maintain relationships with the
agency ecosystem
, assisting with outreach, coordination, and partner updates.

Prepare
media plans, proposals, campaign briefs
, and reporting documents.
Events & Projects

Help manage
internal and external events
, such as advertiser workshops, agency training sessions, product showcases, and quarterly business reviews.

Assist with logistics, coordination, stakeholder communication, and post-event follow-ups.
Campaign & Business Operations

Assist in
end-to-end campaign setup and execution
, ensuring smooth delivery and basic performance checks.

Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Ops, Analytics, Creative) to ensure campaigns go live as planned.

Support the team with basic data pulls and insights to help optimize campaigns and improve advertiser performance.
Business Growth & Process Support

Contribute to initiatives that help
scale Noon’s advertising business
, including research, competitive analysis, documentation, and process improvements.

Maintain trackers, dashboards, and other operational documents to support account health and team productivity.
What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree
(mandatory)
in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.

Post-graduation in Marketing / Digital Media
is a plus
.

Basic understanding of
digital marketing concepts
, media planning, and ad performance metrics.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical mindset with comfort in Excel/Sheets and reporting.
