A Day in The Life:

The Field Operations Specialist Intern will support the Field Operations team in advancing several key technology and training initiatives. This role will directly assist in the rollout and optimization of our new Field Management software, including building AI‑driven dashboards, performing data entry, testing and debugging, and supporting onboarding and training efforts. In addition, the intern will contribute to the development of our new relational database tools by assisting with data entry, tool creation, testing, and quality assurance. The role will also support general operational tasks such as building training decks, organizing images and assets, and completing other assignments that enhance operational efficiency across the department. This position reports to the Sr. Field Operations Manager.


The Impact You'll Make:

  • Assist in building AI dashboards and reporting tools within the new Field Management software, Main Event.
  • Perform data entry, data validation, and software testing to ensure system accuracy and reliability.
  • Participate in debugging efforts by documenting issues, reproducing errors, and supporting resolution activities.
  • Support onboarding and training processes for new users by helping design and organize training materials.
  • Contribute to the development of new relational database tools, including data setup and workflow testing.
  • Help create, edit, and organize training decks and presentation materials.
  • Sort, tag, and manage digital images and assets used across field operations and training.
  • Conduct research, gather requirements, and assist with documentation of tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support operational initiatives and continuous improvement efforts


Who You Are:

  • Current enrollment in a bachelor’s program, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in software tools, data management, analytics, or operations.
  • Basic understanding of databases, dashboards, or software systems (school projects or coursework acceptable).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort learning new software platforms.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
