Position: Flutter / Mobile Application Developer Intern

Location: Lahore / On-site

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Flutter / Mobile Application Developer Intern to join our development team. The intern will assist in building, testing, and maintaining mobile applications using Flutter. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in cross-platform mobile development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement app features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Debug and fix issues in existing applications.
• Participate in code reviews and team meetings.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services.
• Test applications and ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Flutter framework.
• Familiarity with Dart programming language.
• Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.
• Knowledge of REST APIs integration.
• Basic understanding of Git version control.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Firebase.
• Knowledge of state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX).
• Basic knowledge of Android Studio / VS Code.

Internship Policy:

• Duration: 4 months
• First Month: Unpaid (training & evaluation phase)
• Stipend: PKR 15,000 per month from 2nd month onward (subject to performance evaluation)
• Certification: Internship Completion Certificate upon successful completion of 4 months; otherwise, no certificate will be issued
• Post-Internship Review: A combined performance review meeting will be conducted involving HOD Department, PM, and HR to recommend suitable internees for employment
• Employment Offer (if selected):
• Starting Salary: PKR 30,000
• Probation Period: 3 months
• Post-Probation Increment: PKR 20,000 (subject to satisfactory performance)

NOTE: If you successfully complete the four-month internship, you may be offer/ considered for a full-time job opportunity with the company.

Pay: Rs15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
