Location: Kochi & Thiruvalla, Kerala
Incentive: ₹5,000 per month

Internship Duration: 6 months

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and confident students or recent graduates with a background in Nursing or related medical/healthcare fields to join our team as Interns in our Ernakulam and Thiruvalla offices.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in home healthcare services, while developing practical skills within a professional healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing care enquiries and client intakes.
• Support in patient assessments, care plan development, and service coordination.
• Assist in the day-to-day management of home care services.
• Provide support and education to patients and their families.
• Visit hospitals and community healthcare institutions to introduce organizational services.
• Meet with doctors and allied health professionals to promote the services offered.
• Assist with social marketing and the promotion of care services.
• Contribute to reporting and documentation tasks.

Candidate Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Nursing or a related medical/healthcare field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow.

· Candidates must be currently residing locally or available to work on-site
