Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate student placements for Investment Banking & Data Analytics programs
• Connect with HRs, recruiters, and hiring managers for interview opportunities
• Share candidate profiles and follow up with recruiters
• Schedule interviews, assessments, and feedback
• Maintain placement trackers, interview status, and recruiter database
• Support placement drives, walk-ins, and virtual interviews
• Guide students on interview readiness and documentation
• Assist in building long-term corporate relationships

Eligibility Criteria

• Final year student (Any stream)
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Interest in recruitment, placements, or HR roles
• Professional attitude & follow-up discipline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
