Procurement Management:

  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and requisitions.
  • Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers (price, quality).
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
  • Monitor market trends for cost-saving opportunities.

Site Coordination:

  • Coordinate timely delivery of materials to project sites/stores.
  • Track shipments and update order statuses.
  • Monitor on-site inventory levels and manage stock.
  • Resolve issues with suppliers (delays, quality, discrepancies).

Vendor & Supplier Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Evaluate supplier performance.

Administration & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate purchase records, pricing, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with finance for timely invoice processing/payments.
  • Prepare reports on purchasing activities and costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.

Internal Coordination:

  • Work with internal teams (production, finance, project managers) to understand needs and forecast requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or coordination.
  • Skills: Negotiation, communication, organization, time management, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office/procurement software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
