Procurement Management:
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and requisitions.
- Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers (price, quality).
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Monitor market trends for cost-saving opportunities.
Site Coordination:
- Coordinate timely delivery of materials to project sites/stores.
- Track shipments and update order statuses.
- Monitor on-site inventory levels and manage stock.
- Resolve issues with suppliers (delays, quality, discrepancies).
Vendor & Supplier Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier performance.
Administration & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate purchase records, pricing, and documentation.
- Collaborate with finance for timely invoice processing/payments.
- Prepare reports on purchasing activities and costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
Internal Coordination:
- Work with internal teams (production, finance, project managers) to understand needs and forecast requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or coordination.
- Skills: Negotiation, communication, organization, time management, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office/procurement software.
