Job Title: HR Intern

Job Summary:

Parallel Learning is looking for a self-motivated and proactive HR Intern to independently handle various HR functions. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, compliance, employee records, and engagement activities. This position is ideal for a candidate with a Master’s in HR and a passion for managing HR operations autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources:
  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.

Learning & Development:

  • Coordinate and support training sessions, workshops, and learning programs.
  • Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, and evaluation forms.
  • Track training attendance, feedback, and maintain learning records.
  • Conduct research on new learning tools, methods, and best practices.
  • Support HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, attendance, and employee records management.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, events, and communication.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and handling day-to-day employee queries.

Employment Details:

  • Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
  • Work Mode: Onsite.
  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.54 - ₹15,000.14 per month
