Internship HR Intern

Title: HR Intern
Experience: Fresher to 1 year
This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Intern located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Intern will assist in HR management tasks, calling candidates, screening resumes and personnel management. The role involves supporting the HR team in day-to-day activities and projects.

Qualifications:

• Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills
• Experience in HR Management and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
