About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. The intern will assist the HR department with various day-to-day functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and documentation. This internship provides hands-on experience in different HR functions and an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates).
  • Help in onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support in preparing offer letters, HR documents, and reports.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave management, and HR policies documentation.
  • Support in performance management and training coordination.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced work environment.
