Roles and Responsibilities-
- Support end-to-end recruitment process for internships, fresher roles, and lateral positions.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
- Support onboarding and documentation activities for new joiners
- Contribute to recruitment process improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
