Internship Overview

The CRM & Marketing Intern will support customer engagement activities, marketing campaigns, market research, and content preparation while gaining hands-on experience in insurance marketing and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Support CRM and marketing campaign activities.
Assist with customer communications and engagement initiatives.
Conduct basic market and competitor research.
Help prepare marketing materials, reports, and presentations.
Track campaign performance and maintain records.
Support the team in day-to-day marketing operations.

Candidate Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
Eager to learn and contribute in a team environment.
