Position Overview:

• Department: IT
• Duration: 3 Months (with potential for full-time employment)
• Location: Lahore

Responsibilities:

• Document customer issues accurately and understand their systems to recommend quick solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and follow standard debugging procedures.
• Log and manage software issues or bugs using the ticketing system.
• Identify application errors and escalate critical issues to the Development team.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide updates and manage expectations regarding their tickets.
• Report daily to senior managers.
• Assist in managing client and company network operations, including basic maintenance tasks.
• Learn and become familiar with company products to provide effective support.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and provide guidance, including occasional after-hours support.

Required Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with networking concepts like TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP.
• Basic knowledge of Internet information services, and other web/network technologies.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL queries for troubleshooting data issues.
• Basic exposure to scripting languages or web servers (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Apache Tomcat).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging customer situations.
