Join ExportEdge’s hands-on internship to gain real export industry experience. You’ll work with the sales & marketing team on live outreach, lead generation, and inquiry management—ideal for students or recent grads wanting practical skills in international trade and B2B marketing.

Key responsibilities

  • Client hunting / prospecting for new export customers
  • Email outreach campaigns and follow-ups
  • Social media outreach and content support to attract leads
  • Inquiry handling and initial qualification of inbound leads
  • Supporting sales funnel activities (lead tracking, CRM updates)
  • General admin & coordination tasks related to export sales and marketing
  • Other ad-hoc tasks to support the team (And Much More!)

What you’ll learn / outcomes

  • Practical experience in export sales processes and market outreach
  • How to run email campaigns and perform lead follow-up
  • Basics of social media for B2B export marketing
  • Inquiry qualification and client communication techniques
  • Exposure to CRM usage, sales pipelines and cross-team coordination
