INTERNSHIP: Software engineer NuoDB Orchestration

Business Success Manager is to ensure Japan Partner Transformation and Development with major objectives as below:

  • Partner Capacity and Capability assessment and dvelopment
  • Souring Planinng and Sales Execution Tracking together with PSMs
  • Partner Reward and Motivation Program Management
  • Partner Enablement for skills up and accelerated investment alinged with 3DS Strategy
  • Partner Guidance and Communication for Community Animation

Aligned GEO sourcing plan with recruitment plan and implement the GEO Capacity activities around acquisition of new partners for relevant coverage in selected industries and Process domains.

  • Define with Partners their mid and long-term Partner Development Plan of leading activities in order to achieve Transformation
  • Plan capacity and enablement according to Partner resources and specialization towards Industry processes both by Process and Industry
  • Recruit & Onboard
    • Identify a pipeline of suitable prospects in selected industries and Process domains
    • Engage and qualify the most promising and valuable prospects
    • Articulate the 3DS value propositions relevant to the prospect
    • Drive the recruitment process till the signature of the partnership contract
    • Enable key people on the 3DS sales tools and processes
    • Monitor progress along the Partner Acquisition stages
    • Manage the transfer to PSM after the on-boarding period
  • Develop & Enable
    • Formulate Partner 3Y Business Plan and Partner 1Y Development Plan.
    • Analyze resources to define enablement and capacity needs.
    • Develop 3DS extended team to ensure Partner Development plan delivery to improve Partner’s Key Performance Indicators.
    • Define & Implement Development Plan to generate growth based on Key Performance Indicators on a mid and long-term basis.
    • Monitor follow-up Partner’ development plan and connect Partner with DS resources to support the key initiatives.
