Company Overview

Institutes of Health (IOH) is an interdisciplinary outpatient organization specializing in chronic pain, PTSD, traumatic injuries, and neurocognitive disorders. As we grow in the Los Angeles region, we are seeking an Interventional Pain Management Physician to support patients experiencing acute and chronic pain while promoting functional restoration.

The Role

The Pain Management Physician will diagnose and treat pain through evidence-based, non-opioid strategies and interventional procedures. This role is highly collaborative, working alongside PM&R, neurology, psychology, and therapy providers.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
  • Perform interventional procedures (e.g., epidurals, facet blocks, joint injections, nerve blocks)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to coordinate care
  • Document findings clearly and efficiently
  • Adjust treatment plans based on functional progress

What We’re Looking For

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pain Medicine, Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology
  • Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in California (required)
  • Interventional procedure experience required
  • Workers’ Compensation background preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Compassionate, biologic + behavioral integration mindset

Pay: $200,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
