Set up welding machines per job travelers and specification sheets.

Decode drawings/blueprints to define joint prep, sequence, and tolerances.

Execute TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welds on steel, aluminum, and Invar 36 per spec.

Restore functionality by repairing cracked, worn, or damaged components.

Fabricate/modify fixtures, jigs, gauges, hand-applied tools, and special tooling.

Keep the cell tidy, maintain equipment, and uphold 5S standards.

Collaborate with peers to improve flow, reduce rework, and meet deadlines.

Take on other reasonable tasks as assigned—this overview is not all-inclusive.

High school diploma or GED.

3–5 years of directly related welding experience.

Formal welding certificate from a college or technical school.

Demonstrated experience with steel, aluminum, and/or Invar 36.

Required: MIG and TIG proficiency.

Strong familiarity with welding machines, tools, and consumables.

Comfort reading blueprints/drawings and using calipers and tape measures.

Compliance with U.S. Export Control: must be a "U.S. Person" as defined in 22 C.F.R. §.

Forklift and/or crane certification with practical experience.

Thrives in a fast-paced production setting.

Willingness to work variable shifts, overtime, and weekends when needed.
