Role Summary

The Team Lead – GA/ARC (Inventory Accounting) is responsible for leading a team of ~10 members while managing key operational deliverables (50:50 split between leadership and operations). The role ensures accurate and timely execution of end-to-end inventory accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and compliance within a Shared Service Center environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team to deliver high-quality accounting services aligned with SLAs and KPIs.

Oversee end-to-end inventory accounting processes including journal postings, GL maintenance, reconciliations, and SAP transactions (MIRO, MIGO, FBL1N).

Manage monthly/quarterly close activities for Inventory and Sales, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Perform analytical reviews and ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.

Investigate and resolve system discrepancies across SAP and related platforms.

Drive continuous process improvements and standardization initiatives.

Act as key contact for stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.

4+ years of experience in Inventory Accounting, SAP, and Accounts Payable.

Shared Service Center experience preferred.

Strong SAP knowledge (AS400 is an advantage).

Solid analytical and financial accounting skills.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

English proficiency: B2–C1.
