Inventory Accounts

• Matching the actual physical inventory results with system balances (ERP / Inventory System).
• Coordinating with warehouse and branch managers during inventory execution.
• Preparing detailed reports on inventory results and submitting them to the concerned department.
• Verifying compliance with approved storage and issuing procedures.
• Contributing to improving inventory control measures and reducing waste and loss.
• Preparing reports on the condition of stored products and their storage locations.
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and internal audit standards.
• Carrying out periodic and surprise stock counts according to the approved inventory plan.
• Fully complying with approved inventory instructions and procedures without any personal interpretation or deviation.
• Counting items physically with high accuracy and recording results exactly as found, without modification or interpretation.
• Documenting inventory operations through official records as per approved procedures, fully, accurately, and clearly.
• Preparing inventory handover and receipt documents and obtaining signatures from relevant parties.
• Submitting inventory results and all related attachments (forms, records, handover and receipt documents) promptly to the Inventory Department.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of inventory data and disclosing it only to authorized parties.
• Conducting field coordination with warehouse or branch custodians during inventory execution within authorized limits.
• Adhering to the scheduled timeline for each inventory operation without delays in execution or reporting.
• Recounting items when requested or in case of suspicion, without taking any corrective actions independently.
• Keeping copies of inventory documents in accordance with approved policies.

Pay: RO350.000 - RO450.000 per month
