JOB SUMMARY:
The responsibilities of the inventory analyst include managing inventory items, controlling day-to-day inventory operations, and implementing inventory control protocols. The inventory analyst should be analytical with strong attention to detail. The inventory analyst should possess acute commercial awareness and should be able to interpret and implement data on consumer trends and spending.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Assist/support our Service Admin team by analyze inventory and produce accurate data reports

Responsible for tracking inventory using systematic logic and spreadsheets

Create and maintain inventory Reports detailing inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data

Responsible for inventory adjustments and transfers, document any discrepancies, and creating inventory reports on a regular basis

Perform inventory analysis for the day-to-day inventory operations

Analyze and mitigate supply gap issues

Investigate and resolve customer complaints/issues

Assist with analysis in a logistics setting

Produce logistic analytic data to track shipping expense on a regular basis

Identify the root cause of inventory difficulties

Assist with year-end Inventory Audits

Material Requirement Planning, PR/PO Execution, HQ communication, Supplier Communication

Monthly PO Planning, Monthly Repair Demand Planning, Weekly Open PO Update with HQ, Daily Service Parts escalation handling, Ad-hoc PO handling
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or similar field.

Minimum 2 years of inventory analytics experience.

Familiarity with Supply Chain Management (SCM) software, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, and/or Material Requirements Planning (MRP) software.

Understanding of integrated supply chain and logistics concepts and theories.

Hands-on experience with logistics,

Excellent time management and communication skills required

0-3 years in SCM, Operations, or Data Analytics. The position is operation-centric with added analytical tasks. knowledge in excel, data management, power query, and sql is a plus (In that order)
