Inventory and Inside Sales Associate

Job Summary
Join our KT MAC team as an Inventory Associate and become a vital part of our Shreveport Valve and Field Service Division! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, organizing stock, and ensuring the shop’s inventory is exact and in the correct location. Your attention to detail will help optimize the shop's efficiency, support sales goals, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Selling products or services to customers in the Shreveport office via phone, email, or online. Sending quotes to customers for products and services KT MAC offers. Addressing customer concerns, maintaining customer relationship management and collaborating with outside sales teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to keep your organizational skills and the inventory records precise.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control processes including stocking, replenishing, and organizing storage areas.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Support shop manager with work orders and delivering filters, valves, gaskets etc. to customers.
• Sending quotes to customers for service or for products needed.
• Skills
• Proven inventory experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft t excel, word, and QuickBooks
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members across departments.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods. This role is perfect for motivated individuals .

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
