Inventory Associate

Responsibility

Support inventory accuracy by labeling and organizing all received parts.

Ensure compliance with warehouse inventory policies and procedures

Assist in tracking inventory movement, including incoming and outgoing shipments.

Maintain proper documentation for product statuses, discontinued items, and returns.

Help implement asset tracking and labeling for tools and equipment.

Offer suggestions for process and organization improvements.

Communicate with the supervisor regarding discrepancies or damaged goods.

Ensure shelves and bins are stocked with the required inventory, preventing shortages

Primary Tasks
Monitor and control inventory to ensure accurate inventory location and information in Odoo.

Oversee the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing of shipments. Keep detailed records of inventory transactions, including data entry and updating inventory management systems.

Assess the quality and accuracy of incoming shipments, ensuring compliance with company standards

Support the Manufacturing team with inventory flow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
