Inventory Associate / Bookkeeper

TRUE Automotive is an independent automotive repair group with multiple locations across the Atlanta market, having served customers for over 14 years. We are focused on operational excellence, strong financial performance, and delivering world class service to our customers. As we continue to scale, we are looking to add a high level accounting professional to support our financial operations at our Lawrenceville location.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail oriented and driven Bookkeeper or Staff Accountant to manage day to day financial operations and support leadership with accurate and timely reporting. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the financial health and discipline of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Support financial operations with a focus on purchasing, vendor payments, and returns management.

Oversee purchasing of parts and supplies, ensuring proper coding and budget alignment

Communicate with vendors regarding billing, payments, and disputes

Monitor expenses and ensure proper coding and allocation

Maintain accurate records in accounting systems and ensure compliance with company policies
Assist with month-end close, including accruals and expense tracking
Work directly with leadership on financial reporting, trends, and analysis

Qualifications:
2 to 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks and Tekmetric or similar platforms
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Automotive or multi location business experience is a plus
