Job Description – Inventory Audit Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct periodic stock counts (cycle counts, spot checks, and annual audits) across retail outlets and warehouses.
- Verify stock accuracy by reconciling physical counts with system records (ERP/POS).
- Identify stock discrepancies, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor inventory movements, including transfers, returns, and adjustments, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Review and analyze stock aging, shrinkage, and obsolescence to highlight risk areas.
- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, variances, and recommendations.
- Support internal and external audit teams during inventory-related reviews.
- Collaborate with retail, supply chain, and warehouse teams to strengthen inventory controls.
- Assist in developing and implementing inventory audit policies, SOPs, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with financial, operational, and audit standards.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory management or audit (retail fashion industry experience preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/POS systems.
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
