Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, monitor usage rates, and order supplies as needed.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with vendors to ensure timely deliveries, negotiate pricing, and resolve supply chain issues.
• Inventory Control: Implement procedures to minimize waste, loss, and theft. Conduct regular audits and cycle counts.
• Data Analysis: Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and make data-driven decisions on ordering quantities.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions for compliance and audits.
• Collaboration: Partner with maintenance, operations, and purchasing teams to meet inventory needs.
• Equipment Maintenance: Assist in maintaining tools and systems related to inventory management.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in supply chain or logistics is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in inventory or supply chain management preferred. Familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
