The Inventory Clerk maintains the integrity of the inventory value by keeping all inventory updated while it remains in the store through inventory counts.
Tasks

Complete Mango counts each month
-
Complete Negative QOH counts each day.

Complete a section of Outs each week.
-
Perform research on all inventory changes.
-
Attend the Mango meeting each month.
-
Correct POS errors found in inventory research.

Meet with supervisor monthly to ensure personal development, address issues and review goal progress.
-
“On site” attendance must fall within the company standards as outlined in the handbook.

May be asked to support operations in M&D locations other than home store
-
Any other tasks required as determined by management
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
-
Must be 18 years old or older
-
Must be able to work a 37 to 40 hour week
Work Requirements

Skills include: Time management, Multi-tasking, complex problem solving, organization, reliability, attention to detail, ability to concentrate, teamwork

Physical requirements: Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds frequently.

Technical Skills: Inventory Clerk is required to perform activities such as: item identification, viewing a terminal; analyzing data. Inventory Clerk must be able to operate machines such as POS/Eagle Browser, computers, security systems. They must be able to operate Eagle Browser, open office, ms excel and word, phone, email and Smartsheet.
