- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments and materials.
- Ensure products are properly labeled, stored, and organized according to company standards.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile any variances.
- Update inventory management systems accurately and promptly.
- Prepare and pack goods for dispatch based on delivery orders.
- Assist in loading and unloading vehicles in coordination with drivers and dispatch teams.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the warehouse at all times.
- Report damaged, expired, or missing items to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Assist in inventory audits and support stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO) procedures.
- Follow company safety policies and ensure proper handling of materials and equipment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory control.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP/WMS experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
- Team player with good communication and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.

- Timely order preparation and dispatch.
