Inventory Associate

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments and materials.
  • Ensure products are properly labeled, stored, and organized according to company standards.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile any variances.
  • Update inventory management systems accurately and promptly.
  • Prepare and pack goods for dispatch based on delivery orders.
  • Assist in loading and unloading vehicles in coordination with drivers and dispatch teams.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the warehouse at all times.
  • Report damaged, expired, or missing items to the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Assist in inventory audits and support stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO) procedures.
  • Follow company safety policies and ensure proper handling of materials and equipment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory control.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP/WMS experience preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
  • Team player with good communication and time management skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.

  • Inventory accuracy and minimal stock discrepancies.
  • Timely order preparation and dispatch.
  • Compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Efficiency in stock handling and movement.
