Job Requirements

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining the Home Health supply room, which consists of medical and office supplies. Required to maintain appropriate stock levels, assure stock rotation, minimize expenditure, and uphold compliance with all regulatory standards. Position is responsible for ordering supplies through Infor/Lawson/Concordance. Responsible for inventory and annual bio-med evaluations of medical equipment. Responsible for Hazardous Materials Waste records and maintains per agency policy and regulatory requirements. Provides assistance with all office functions, interoffice moves, maintaining storage areas, and any necessary support for office personnel. Performs other duties as assigned.


Minimum Requirements

Education

  • High School Diploma


Experience

  • One (1) year Computer and customer service experience


Core Job Responsibilities

  • Order and stock office and medical supplies and specialty forms.
  • Monitor inventory levels on a daily basis and determines order quantities for all applicable vendors.
  • Maintain equipment and Hazardous Materials Waste records per agency policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Determine appropriate PAR levels and reorder points for stock based on usage pattern changes.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels and assure stock rotation
  • Clean telehealth equipment.
  • Monitor Hazardous Materials Waste and maintains records agency policy and regulatory requirements.
