Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 1st Shift

This is not a remote position, and you must live within the geographic area of Louisville, KY to report to office.
Ensures that inventories are secure, properly identified, and readily accessible to authorized personnel. Maintains control over various types of inventories (e.g., raw materials, subassemblies, finished goods). Conducts physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records. Ensures that quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct. Conducts analyses of inventory levels and coordinates with production and sales requirements. Performs inventory audits requiring extensive research of discrepancies. Works primarily in office but can at times require auditing in an operations environment.
Provides administrative or technical support to ensure effective on-going operations. Applies knowledge of established processes and procedures to execute with excellence.
Performs administrative work that requires working knowledge and skills developed through formal training or work experience. Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area by evaluating and selecting solutions from established options. Impacts own team through the quality of the services or information provided. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
Requirements:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate and represent the department with a high level of professionalism and discretion when engaging with key stakeholders.
Ability to learn complex internal systems such as MIPS, Maintenix, AMAP, Access Databases, and other internal resources.
Preferred:
Has completed secondary education or is currently pursuing it.
Has experience in Aircraft Maintenance or Aircraft Materials.
Experience working with Microsoft Access and Excel.
This position requires a minimum commitment of 1–2 years. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $45,968/yea – $74,672/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
