What You’ll Do:
As an Inventory Control Person, you will maintain precise records of materials in inventory and on order, ensuring optimal stock levels. You'll monitor inventory, initiate stock replenishment, and reconcile discrepancies. Additionally, you'll promptly report any irregularities to your supervisor, ensuring smooth and efficient inventory management operations.

Job Duties:

• Reconcile sales transactions and cash drawers.
• Resolve customer concerns and investigate credit inquiries.
• Reconcile and correct customer invoices.
• Print cash schedules and review outstanding invoices.
• Research and fix any missing invoices and discrepancies.
• Assist the Accounting Department with large fleet issues.
• Track orders and investigate any problems.
• Record purchases and maintain the database.
• Process and document returns as per procedures.
• Perform routine clerical tasks, such as data entry and answering phones.
• Handle other assigned duties as needed.

Job Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of ordering and inventory control for supplies, equipment, and services
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in database management
• Clerical, word processing, and general office skills

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to pass post offer drug test.

Compensation:

• $19-$24 hourly depending on experience and qualifications
• Full time position.
