Inventory Control & Reporting Coordinator

Arkan Marketing is a growing digital marketing agency based in Doha, Qatar. We work across content creation, social media, paid advertising, and brand support, while also supporting internal operational functions across the business.

About the Role:

We are looking for an Inventory Control & Reporting Coordinator to join our team and support daily inventory operations through stock checking, reporting, and file organization.

This role is important for making sure physical stock matches digital records, improving inventory accuracy, and helping prepare clear reports that support better decisions across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check physical stock and compare it with system / digital records

• Identify mismatches between physical and digital inventory and report them clearly

• Support the preparation, updating, and organization of inventory files and stock reports

• Work closely with the inventory manager on daily inventory tasks and reporting

• Help prepare reports that support supply chain, logistics, marketing, and management

• Assist in improving the overall inventory documentation and reporting process

• Help maintain accurate and well-organized inventory data

• Support inventory accuracy across e-commerce operations

• Follow up on stock availability and digital quantity updates on Shopify

Qualifications:

• Experience in inventory, stock control, or inventory reporting

• Experience in e-commerce is preferred

• Familiarity with Shopify is preferred

• Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

• Organized, responsible, and able to follow up properly

• Good with Excel / Google Sheets and basic reporting

• Comfortable handling inventory files and checking stock records

• Able to work with both physical stock and digital data

• Arabic and English are a plus

• Must be available to join immediately
