Working Days: Monday to Saturday

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to oversee and optimize our inventory operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management, stock monitoring, and purchase order review, preferably in the electronics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Stock Levels

Track inventory across all product lines to identify and address shortages or overstock situations.

• Inventory Data Management

Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, including quantities, dates, SKUs, and batch numbers.

• Purchase Order Review

Analyze and verify purchase orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery from suppliers.

• Cycle Counting

Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile them with system data.

• Demand Forecasting

Use historical sales data and trends to anticipate future inventory needs and optimize stock levels.

• Supplier Management

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any supply chain issues.

• Inventory Reporting

Prepare detailed reports on stock levels, turnover rates, and potential inventory issues.

• System Maintenance

Ensure accuracy and efficiency of inventory management systems.

• Discrepancy Resolution

Identify and resolve stock discrepancies through audits and investigations.

• Cost Analysis

Monitor inventory-related costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
