Inventory Control Specialist

<Duties>

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Conduct detailed data mining and analysis to identify discrepancies, root causes of inventory variances, and opportunities for process enhancement.
  • Collaborate with procurement
  • Lead cycle counts, stock audits, and physical inventories to ensure inventory integrity across all storage locations.
  • Utilize data visualization tools
  • Coordinate with logistics providers and 3PL partners to streamline shipping & receiving processes, order fulfillment, and materials handling.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing materials management practices.

<Experience>

  • Proven experience in inventory control within a warehouse distribution or retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles
  • Hands-on experience with procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets for strategic decision-making. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
