We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to support warehouse operations and ensure accurate inventory management.

Position Summary

The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, performing cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and working closely with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure product accuracy and efficiency.

This position plays a critical role in supporting daily operations and maintaining the integrity of our inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily and weekly cycle counts

• Monitor inventory levels and identify discrepancies

• Investigate and resolve inventory variances

• Maintain accurate records within the inventory management system

• Coordinate with warehouse, receiving, and purchasing teams

• Assist with product tracking, lot numbers, and product rotation

• Ensure proper inventory storage and organization

• Support physical inventory counts

• Generate inventory reports for management

• Help identify opportunities to improve inventory processes
