MNK Digital is one of Pakistan’s leading professional display and AV solution providers, working with global brands like Samsung, Philips, Unilumin,Liantronics , and others. We specialize in LED video walls, digital signage, hospitality TVs, control room solutions, and enterprise AV systems.

We are looking for a highly responsible and detail-oriented Inventory Incharge to manage and control our complete inventory operations across warehouse and offices.

Job Summary

will be responsible for overseeing, tracking, and managing all company inventory across:

• Lahore Warehouse
• Lahore Office
• Project Sites (if required)

This role requires strict inventory control, documentation discipline, system accuracy, and coordination with sales, accounts, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete control over stock movement (inward & outward)
• Manage warehouse inventory in Lahore
• Coordinate stock movement between Lahore & Karachi
• Maintain updated stock records in ERP / Excel / inventory software
• Perform regular stock audits (weekly & monthly)
• Monitor damaged, faulty, or returned goods
• Maintain serial number tracking for high-value items (displays, LED modules, processors, etc.)
• Coordinate with accounts for stock reconciliation
• Ensure proper documentation (GRN, delivery notes, transfer notes, gate passes)
• Prevent stock shortages, overstocking, or misplacement
• Manage physical storage organization and labeling
• Supervise warehouse staff (if applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years experience in inventory or warehouse management
• Experience handling electronics / IT / AV equipment preferred
• Strong command of MS Excel
• Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
• Strong documentation & reporting skills
• High level of honesty and accountability
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
