This entry-level Inventory Control & Supply Chain Specialist position is a full-time role with the opportunity to be mentored by the leadership team of JUROP and to learn the JUROP culture of business. This integral role will be working alongside the leadership team of the newly established US Headquarters, obtaining hands-on experience performing inventory management/maintenance, order fulfillment, as well as assisting in the day to day activity of managing import logistics for US shipments within a global team-based environment, while ensuring overall effective reporting to satisfy leadership, internal goals, regulations, and external client expectations. This entry level position will require you to learn the basics of JUROP products, JUROP operations, safety and quality procedures in the effort to meet the expectations of our global team and clientele in North America.

Position Description & Purpose
Duties and Responsibilities
· Provide exceptional and professional communications
· Establish and maintain professional business relationships with internal teams, external clients, and vendors globally
· Learn JUROP integrated software platform
· Maintain software system and corresponding documents for accuracy, such as dates, times, location and quantities
· Utilize databases, spreadsheets and other sources to verify information
· Assist in the maintenance and continued improvement of internal inventory control systems to achieve appropriate and accurate inventory levels
· Assist in correlation and management of Purchase Orders
· Assist in management of all US import shipments
· Assist in receiving inventory, enter shipment requests, identify availability, and prepare documentation
· Assist in order fulfillment, picking, packing and shipping
· Documentation Management – Maintain and organize both physical and electronic corporate documents pertaining to business operations
· Learn JUROP products’ specifications and applications
· Performing other work-related duties as required in a professional manner

Working Conditions
Candidates will be working within a climate-controlled office as well as a warehouse that is not climate controlled. The temperature will vary from cold to hot within the warehouse depending on the time of year. At times the candidate will be subject to dust, noise, moving vehicles, working in high places, and moving mechanical parts. The candidate is expected to work standard weekly hours and overtime corresponding with related business requirements. Operational hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm and at times required by management and our client requirements to arrive early and or stay late.
