Own end-to-end inventory control across multi-store operations. Ensure accurate stock, timely postings, and clean reconciliations from GRN to closing stock.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-chain inventory control for multiple branches and the DC.
- Plan and execute periodic and surprise stock counts; coordinate annual stock-take.
- Monitor stock movement in real time: GRN, transfers, write-offs, RTV, adjustments, shrinkage.
- Post entries in ERP and reconcile purchases, sales, transfers, wastage, and closing stock.
- Investigate variances by SKU/store; issue root-cause reports and corrective actions.
- Maintain item masters, UoM, barcodes, shelf-life, and reorder data.
- Enforce SOPs for receiving, put-away, picking, and returns; ensure audit readiness.
- Track expiries, near-expiry, slow/dead stock; drive liquidation plans.
- Support demand planning: safety stock, reorder levels, min/max, lead time updates.
- Produce daily/weekly KPIs and dashboards for finance and operations.
- Liaise with Procurement, Store Managers, and Finance to close monthly books on time.

- Stock accuracy % (book vs physical)
- Shrinkage % and value
- Stock count completion and variance closure time
- Aged/expired stock value and days on hand
- Posting timeliness (T+1) and month-end close on schedule
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance/Supply Chain.
- 3–5+ years inventory control in retail (supermarket/FMCG required).
- ERP experience; Microsoft Business Central preferred.
- Strong Excel; Power BI a plus.
Skills
- Multi-store coordination, attention to detail, data reconciliation.
- Root-cause analysis, SOP discipline, clear reporting.
- English required; Arabic an advantage.

Working Conditions
- On-site across branches and DC. Early/late counts as needed.
- Occasional weekend/eom support.
